The Framework Contract comprises a number of contractors to support the Property Maintenance Department in the delivery of general building works to Bernicia Homes This framework contract is split into the following 18 lots - Lot 1 - Joinery Lot 2 - Bricklaying and Groundworks Lot 3 - Oil and Solid Fuel Lot 4 - Plastering Lot 5 - Fencing Lot 6 - Roofing Lot 7 - Property Clearance / Cleans Lot 8 - Drain Clearing and Drain Repairs Lot 9 - Metal Fabrication / Welding Lot 10 - Scaffolding Lot 11 - Painting & Decoration Lot 12 - Damp Proofing / Timber Preservation Lot 13 - Flooring Lot 14 - Glazing Lot 15 - TV / Satellite Ariel's Lot 16 - Doors and Windows Lot 17 - Plumbing & Heating Repairs Lot 18 - Adaptation and Bathing
