Affordable Housing Partnership - Preferred Provider Appointment

The Adopted Version of the Gloucester, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury Joint Core Strategy November 2017 (the JCS) details the requirement to plan for approximately 35,000 new homes across the JCS area over the plan period to 2031. This plan includes provision to meet the otherwise unmet housing needs of Cheltenham and Gloucester. Specifically, the plan includes a number of Strategic Allocations (as detailed in Part 6 of the JCS) which will contribute towards meeting the housing needs of the urban authorities.
