Consultancy Agreement for Mapping and Analysis of Cultural Infrastructure Opportunities and Recommendations within the Boroughs of Sandwell, Walsall, and Dudley

An RFQ was issued to procure a consultant to undergo a mapping and analysis project for the boroughs of Sandwell, Walsall, and Dudley, reviewing current and potential options for the development of cultural infrastructure. The project will involve stakeholder engagement and desk-based research to draw up a comprehensive report for each of the three boroughs informing potential future options for cultural infrastructure assets' maintenance, refurbishment, and repurpose.
