Owgan Close Boiler House - Boiler Plant Replacement

Southwark Council Sought a competent contractor from it's approved list of suppliers for the following works to the boiler house at Wgnan Close: Thee boilers in this basement level plant room are not currently operational. At present temporary boiler has been provided by All Seasons Hire to maintain the heating and hot water needs of residents at considerable ongoing cost to the council. These works encompass the decommissioning, removal and disposal of the old combined heating engine and hot water system and it's replacement including all the associated works to install, test and commission 6 new gas fired boilers in it's place.
