Expression of interest - Melin Homes - Commercial Cleaning 2023

Melin Homes is inviting suppliers to participate in market engagement to express there interest in our commercial cleaning contract. Melin Homes is procuring a contract to carry out cleaning services to internal and external communal areas (staircases, corridors, walkways, lobbies, lifts, communal rooms) of blocks of flats, sheltered accommodation and offices locations across 14 sites. These sites are split over 5 Lots, as set out below Lot 1 – Torfaen Lot 2 – Monmouthshire Lot 3 – Blaenau Gwent Lot 4 – Newport Lot 5 - Powys The contract will start April 2023 with the tender published July/August 2022.
