Graduation - Gowning Services

The Student Engagement department sits within the Student Services Directorate at the University of Southampton. The team is responsible for ensuring students feel a sense of belonging to the University. This is achieved through various activities including events, and in June 2021 the team became responsible for graduation ceremonies. The University seeks to establish a collaborative relationship with an innovative supplier to store, maintain, and supply ceremonial gowns as required for graduation ceremonies. The successful supplier must be able to respond in an agile and flexible way to the University's evolving requirements and should possess sufficient and demonstrable understanding of and expertise in this area. This Further Competition is being carried out under the LUPC Framework Agreement for Ceremonial Gown and Photography Services (JAN5043 LU). **This notice is published in accordance with transparency requirements and relates to an awarded contract**
