Moulton The John Harrox Primary School Replace Roof Covering

Existing flat roof coverings to Block 01 are to be cleaned and prepared and overlayed with a liquid applied membrane system. Skylights are also to be replaced throughout Block 01. All affected upstands and kerbs are to be raised to allow for the thickness of new warm roof insulation boards and maintain a suitable upstand height above the new finished roof surface. The existing tank room requires replacement wall cladding on two sides to allow insulation and abutment details to be carried out. A roof mounted electrical cable tray also requires replacement support feet which do not penetrate the new roof covering.
