Asbestos Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys

Oxford City Council (the Council) is looking to award a Contract for commercial and domestic asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys including voids across its housing stock. The services required may also include the following: • Airborne fibre monitoring for asbestos removal identified within the surveys where applicable. • Asbestos management surveys for external elements of domestic stock to a planned programme of works. • Provision of annual asbestos awareness training in two half day training sessions for relevant staff. • Re-inspection surveys of asbestos containing materials in domestic and commercial properties.
