Framework Agreement for Adaptations Works for Southend on Sea Borough (and other CAs') Residents

Southend on Sea Borough Council (SBC) requires suitably experienced organisations (first-tier suppliers receiving and managing personalised Adaptations referrals) to provide an adaptations service for people with an assessed need, such as the installation of grab rails, ramps, wet areas, shower cubicles, specialist electrical works, adapted kitchens and all associated works. These works will involve new works, replacement and repair.
