Description
The delivery of catering disposables to all Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Councils contracted school kitchens, Country Parks, Clifton Park Museum and Council run care homes. The following list summarises some of the requirements:- Range of products to meet a varied requirement from cost sector catering to higher end requirements for V I P events. Wide range of product availability with the ability to respond to changing service requirements. Consistent product quality with a prompt customer service response to any quality issues. Ability to order smaller quantities and high volumes, no minimum order quantities. Strong consistent stock availability, any issues with stock promptly communicated with alternatives offered. Goods to be delivered to the site locations as specified and not left at any other alternative location unless directly communicated in writing by the customer. Account manager and customer service response provided and responsive, with clear lines of communication and escalation to address issues. Delivery drivers and vans to be clean, hygienic, and meeting all health and safety expectations.
