Mechanical and Electrical Engineering consultants for the development of Unit T Centurion Park Southampton. The proposed scheme comprises of a new industrial unit with internal mezzanine and external service yard with parking along with associated services and a new substation. The current design is at RIBA stage 0/1, with the various consultant disciplines being responsibility to develop the design to tender (stage 2/3) and provide various monitoring services during the Technical design, construction and in use phases of Work (RIBA stage 4-6).
