Call for Competition (hereafter referred to as an Expression of Interest (EOI)) For a: Northamptonshire Children's Trust Partner to deliver 2 x Childrens Homes for 2 children in Northampton (with potential to increase to 3 children)

Northamptonshire Children's Trust (NCT) wishes to invite quotations for a Partner to deliver 2 x Children's Homes for 2 children in Northampton (with potential to increase to 3 children) Expression of Interest under the NCT Provision of Homes for Children and Young People in our Care Independent Fostering arrangements and Children's Homes Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of homes for children under a block contract arrangement, as outlined in this Expression of Interest document. Please note Providers already accepted under the Lot 2 Children's Home, of the Northamptonshire Children's Trust for the Provision of Homes for Children and Young People in our Care Independent Fostering arrangements and Children's Homes Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) are invited to quote for this block contract arrangement. Providers not on the above DPS are also invited to quote for this Expression of Interest opportunity, but must apply to join the DPS. The DPS - NCT for the Provision of Homes for Children and Young People in our Care Independent Fostering arrangements and Children's Homes Dynamic Purchasing System (Reference NNC00000402) is being reopened at the same time as this EOI to allow for this. The potential contact value is £4.5 million. The annual placements budget which this contract is part of is approximately £53 million per annum and the average weekly cost of the current framework providers for the complex needs category is £8,218 (which these homes fall under. Note this is total costs including all costs associated with running the home).
