CP2080-21 - Online Mental Health and Wellbeing Service

Devon County Council (“The Authority”) alongside partner organisations NHS Devon Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), Plymouth City Council and Torbay Council are procuring an online Emotional Health and Mental Wellbeing service (EHMWB). The Provider will deliver an accessible, self-directed, online digital-based EMHWB support to adults aged 18 years and over (Service Users) in Devon, Plymouth and Torbay. This will be integrated into the local system to maximise access to this support and other services aligned to the needs of the Service User. It will be a 24/7 offer that particularly enables ‘outside office hours’ access to trained professionals/practitioners.
