Description
- London Luton Airport is looking for bidders for - A Framework agreement for Civil Maintenance works and small projects on the LLAOL site for a period of three (3) years with an option to extend the contract for a further period of two (2) years taken up by single one (1) year extensions (3+1+1). - It is our intention to award this contract to two contractors for the life of the contract, subject to satisfactory performance. One Contractor will be expected to be "on site" at London Luton Airport. They will be chosen based on the bidder that achieves the highest overall evaluation score is given first option to be on site. - Technical Services Department (TSD) maintains the entire infrastructure at LLAOL. A partnership agreement with a Civil engineering supplier is required under a framework agreement. The works content will cover all areas across the LLAOL portfolio. The works will be classed as maintenance works on a weekly basis with callout and small project works .This Tender is a Zero Value Framework with no contractual commitment by LLAOL. The framework value will vary, Estimated LLAOL spend profile for these types of works are Circa GBP700,000 per year. This is based on TSD spend but can vary dependent on other business users who may utilise this contract. This figure is not guaranteed and is only detailed to provide some measure of yearly spend Expressions of interest are required by 12:00 noon 5th April Latest
