The aim behind the procurement for the programme is to involve specialist third party accredited contractors who we can contract manage and inspect the quality of works being delivered. We are looking for the contractors who can prove their willingness and expertise to undertake all the elements of Passive Fire Safety works including: Replacing or upgrading doors sets and maintenance Compartmentation works including invasive surveys Roof cavity barrier works Penetration sealing The contract is split into five geographic lots.
