partnering agreement with an environmental planning practice to provide consultancy services available on a call-down arrangement to provide professional advice to the LPA as required.\r \r The services will support both the Development Management and Development Planning Divisions of the City Council. Work commissioned by Development Planning may extend across the whole Joint Local Plan area including South Hams and West Devon.\r \r Environmental planning support will include ecology and Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) assessment, landscape and tree advice, and input to Habitat Regulations Assessment (HRA) and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).
