Data Sharing Audit - Re-Procurement

The Audit Services team at NHS Digital currently carries out independent audits to check that our customers are meeting the obligations in their Data Sharing Framework Contracts and Agreements. This helps ensure that organisations abide by the terms and conditions set by NHS Digital, who has a legal duty to maintain the confidentiality, safety, security and integrity of all personal and patient data it holds and disseminates. Currently, NHS Digital's terms and conditions are in defined in Data Sharing Framework Contracts and associated Data Sharing Agreements. AuditOne will help NHSD ensure Data Compliance.
