Provision of Employers Agent and Clerk of Works for Mill Lane, Marston Project - AWARD

Oxford City Housing Ltd (OCHL) have selected a preferred contractor to deliver 80 unit housing scheme at Mill Lane Marston, which is a development on the edge of Old Marston, Oxford. The proposed scheme includes a mixture of 1 bed flats as well as 2, 3, and 4 bed houses for shared ownership (SO), and social rent (SR). OCHL and Oxford City Council (OCC) are seeking an external partner Organisation to act as Project Manager, Employer's Agent / Contract Administrator and Clerk of Works.
