Description

Further competition exercise using Fusion 21 Lifts Framework (Lot 4) and invites tenders from all capable suppliers included within the aforementioned agreement. The Council will enter into a contract under the terms of the original agreement for the requirement with the preferred supplier. This contract will commence 22nd November 2021 for a period of 4 years.. This Further Competition Invitation to Tender (FCITT) is conducted under the Fusion21 Lifts Framework 2020-2024 Lot 4. OJEU Contract Notice 2020/S 036-086299 and the subsequent Contract Award Notice 2020/S 136-335823 which established a select list of contractors with which Fusion21 entered into framework agreements for its current and any future Members to use, constituting the Fusion21 Lifts 2020-2024 Framework.
