Tender for Caretaking Services

This is a tender for the provision of Caretaking duties to the Parish Council. The Council currently manages a Community Building (possibility of two additional buildings during the term of this contract), sports pitches with changing room (further additional ones possible during the contract term), Astro pitch and Parish Office. There may be additional facilities also added over the contract term. General maintenance, moving of Vehicle Activated signs (speed signs) which is a two person job working at height are also included, as is Legionellosis water and temperature testing.
