Level 3 Residential Care Diploma

The contract is for the delivery of the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare training, leading to a qualification, to its Residential Care Officers working within and across its residential children's homes. The Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 stipulate that the completion of the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is a mandatory and regulatory requirement for newly appointed Residential Care Officers. The purpose of the service is to ensure all staff requiring this training and qualification are enrolled and supported to complete it within two years of their appointment to a position of Residential Care Officer.
