TC1060 - Provision of Personal Education and Employment Programmes

To provide tailored support packages to meet the aspirations and goals as identified in Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) of circa 47 young people with learning difficulties and disabilities. To enable smooth transition from education into community-based activities, independent living skills, independent travel and employment opportunities. To provide introduction to job skills and to support the individuals to find employment as well as providing opportunities for circa 23 of the young people to gain qualifications where appropriate.
