It is anticipated a maximum of 5 Contractors will be appointed to the Framework for each individual Lot. There are 10 Lots in total. The Framework will operate by the council deciding operationally how best to utilise the service taking into account the contract cost, distance to travel, capacity and availability. This Framework is being let by Middlesbrough Council to deliver services across the Middlesbrough area. The Framework is open to Hartlepool Borough Council, Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council and Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council. These authorities may choose to utilise this Framework if they have Waste Processing Service requirements in the contract period and will be responsible for fulfilling their own obligations. The estimated total value is based on all authorities utilising the contract. Middlesbrough Council approx value is £50,000 per Lot GBP.
