T1078 Dental Refurbishment Phase 2

The University of Essex is seeking tenders for a project that involves a phantom head laboratory to enable dental teaching within the Colchester campus. This will complement the Southend space, mirroring the teaching on our other campus consisting of phantom heads, teaching area and offices. The new lab will enable teaching of a new subject to complement the current Science & Health faculty. Tenderers should note that these Works are to be carried out under The JCT Intermediate with CDP Contract 2016 Edition, as amended by the Schedule of Amendments referred to in Article 10 of the Conditions (as amended), as included in the Tender Documents.
