Help When You Need It: Learning Disability and Neurodivergence

A preventative community support service that offers short-term, outcome-focused, and strengths-based support in the community for People with Learning Disabilities and/or People with Neurodivergence (primarily within their own home but also in the community or the Supplier’s premises). As a preventative service, HWYNI aims to prevent, reduce, and delay the need for long-term care and support.
