Description
Charnwood Borough Council is seeking to appoint experienced consultants to prepare an Affordable Housing Viability Assessment to support its policies in its new Local Plan. Charnwood Borough Council is preparing a new Local Plan and requires robust evidence to inform its planning policies for affordable housing. This evidence is needed to inform a draft plan due to for consultation in October 2018. The Council's detailed requirements are defined in the Specification. The last date for request of documents is 26th June 2018, with tenders to be returned on the 6th July 2018 - 12 Noon.
