Norwich City Council's headquarters, City Hall (St Peters Street, Norwich, NR2 1NH) has a large open space area on its roof, which has been identified as a suitable location for a new Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP). The works involve the system design, installation, and commissioning of an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP), controls and associated mechanical plant at City Hall. A further competition process was carried out by Procurement for Housing (PfH) under the Capital Works and Associated Services Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) - Lot 4 Heating. It was available to 30 suppliers across the East of England region.
