ISHA's current Housing Management System (HMS), and Financial Management System (FMS) is coming to an end. The system is also felt to be obsolete in relation to current requirements. A number of legacy systems will also be reviewed and possibly either replaced or integrated as part of the systems procurement and resulting implementation
