Darrington CE Primary School - School Lunches Catering Contract

Primary School Lunch Catering Provision for a receiving kitchen services delivering from 4th September 2024. It is the intention of Darrington CE Primary School to enter into an agreement with an organisation to provide school lunch needs for a period of 3 years plus two separate 12 month extensions subject to key performance criteria being met, sustained and delivered. We require this Contract to start from 01st August 2024, to allow mobilisation to ensure the delivery of school lunches to approximately 64 children per day over 190 academic days in the school year from September to July (term dates are as appendix document). The number of 64 children per day is subject to the uptake of parents and is only indicative as of year-to-date figures; we are unable to define exact numbers until confirmed each week/day/timely manner. The school year starts on Wednesday 4th September 2024.
