A short report to be delivered to BEIS Automotive team by 5pm Friday 23rd September 2022. Report to include: - A high-level assessment of each of the options provided to the company by their own advisors -A review of updated financial information provided by the company (and their advisors) including the 13 week cash flow forecast to assess the options/levers available to minimise cost and overall funding to a potential sale; - A commentary on the conditions that could be attached to any funding/loan to the company including ways in which the facility can be structured to minimise cash leakage; - Review and comment on a potential option associated with HMG acquiring the site for a deferred consideration and leasing the site back to the company. -To comment on any other feasible options available to the company above and beyond the options considered above. To review and comment on the first draft of the terms sheet being prepared by BEIS
