Replacement Corporate Website (581-AHL) - AWARD

This tender is issued by NSAH (Alliance Homes) Ltd, trading as Alliance Homes and known as 'The Alliance Homes Group'. This tender and any resulting contract may be utilised by any member or future member of the Alliance Homes Group, or by any shared services or partnership arrangement or group of which a member of the Alliance Homes Group is currently or in the future a member of, or by any members current or future of such an arrangement or group. The estimated value of the resulting contract is between £70,000 and £107,000. The duration of the contract is for a period of 4 years with the option to extend for 2 further period of 36 months each, ending on 31st August 2034. AHG intends to award the contracts week commencing 4th March 2024 for work to start on the design and building of the website from 1st April 2024. It is our expectation that the website will launch on 1st September 2024, with a 4-week period of post-launch support. The ongoing support and maintenance agreement will commence thereafter.
