GB-Bootle: Call Monitoring Services - OVH

The service required by OVH is a monitoring service for our customers who are designated as an Independent Living Service Customer living in either one of our Retirement Housing Schemes or in our Dispersed Housing Scheme. Currently the service offers a monitoring service to 980 customers (subject to change). This is broken down into two service - 334 customers in our Retirement Housing Scheme and 654 in our Dispersed Housing Scheme.
