Halton Housing has entered into a contract relating to the construction and sale of fifty six (56) affordable units on land at Peter Destapleigh way (Maylands park) Nantwich for affordable rent and shared ownership Contracts Finder requires a tender closing date and time. For the purpose of the Contracts Finder form only, this has been entered as 19th August 2024 as this was the date before the contract was awarded. For clarity a tender process was not held.
