The Hartley Centre East Ham is a 75 unit, 100% London Affordable Rent Housing for Later Living development. At ground and first floor level there will be a 1,646sqm NHS health centre. Populo Living are running a single stage tender to procure a main contractor to deliver this. The project has just started RIBA 4 and tender documentation will be produced shortly. Ahead of that, we would like to gauge the interest of competent contractors who have the availability to carry out what is likely to be a c.£25m The activity will be carried out under Notting Hill Genesis Framework.
