Description
The Contractor shall use all reasonable endeavours to achieve the following aims: • Assess the effectiveness and impact of the fund overall • Assess the effectiveness and impact of the individual projects or programmes funded by TLIF The Contractor shall use all reasonable endeavours to achieve the following objectives: • Evaluation of impact against the six key long-term outcomes o An improved quality of teachers and effective teaching in classrooms o Improved quality of leaders at all levels o Improved career progression of teachers and leaders o Improved retention of teachers and leaders o An improved evidence base on what works in leadership development and teacher CPD, including value for money o A professional development and leadership development market that meets the needs of schools in challenging circumstances • Evaluation of processes, generating learning to inform continued improvement throughout the life of the fund, as well as for future DfE projects • Economic evaluation to measure the extent to which the fund has provided value for money above funding the schools directly
