Description

The Trust seeks a competent supplier to provide two client‑side advisory roles: (1) Building Safety Act (BSA) Client Advisor; and (2) CDM Client Advisor These roles will support the Trust in meeting its statutory Client duties under: • Building Safety Act 2022 (Part 3 - Higher Risk Buildings) • CDM Regulations 2015 PROJECT OVERVIEW The New Hospital development is an acute healthcare facility with clinical, diagnostic, emergency, inpatient and critical infrastructure components. The principal building is approximately 40m in height over six storeys, plus plant space. The scheme includes enabling works, strategic satellite projects (e.g. MSCP, Research and Education building) and the main hospital build. The hospital building qualifies as a Higher‑Risk Building (HRB) for the purposes of the Building Safety Act Part 3 (design and construction).
