Description
The Commission is looking to replace its existing 2 Axes cutting machine with a new CNC 5 axes bench saw. The new machine will be located in a purpose built facility at the Commission's Offices in Beaurains, France which is due to be completed in September 2018. The new machine should be capable of meeting the following minimum requirements; - CNC 5 Axes cutting - Ability to cut various types of stone including, but not limited to; Euville, Massangie JC, Massangie B, Savonniere, Chauvigny, Romaine de Lens, Portland, Botticino - Minimal manual intervention - Maximising cutting length across all 5 Axes - Can work on multiple pieces automatically - Capable of handling weights up to 3000kg - Cutting depth up to 45cm - Compatible with main CAD / Cutting programmes - Integral water / dust control - Economic Running costs - Minimum downtime - All software and equipment supplied shall meet or exceed European Quality and Safety Standards. To view the Tender documents, click the 'View Details' button. This will take you to a new screen: Please click the 'Express Interest button'. On the new page, select 'ITT Documents' where you will be able to view/download the documents. Opting In and Out: Please note you are required to 'Opt In' before you can access the 'My Tender Return' to start populating your response. Please also add the email domain '@in-tend.co.uk' to your Safe Senders list. All correspondence in relation to this tender will be conducted through the In-Tend portal.
