Description
Building 27 on the Bethlem Royal Hospital site (Monks Orchard Road, Beckenham, BR3 3BX) provides administrative accommodation for the Estates & Facilities Dept; it is proposed to convert existing office accommodation to provide space for a new centralised CCTV control room for the Facilities Management team, as part of the Trust's Lambeth Hospital disposal programme. The works will see the refurbishment of three existing office rooms to form a new CCTV control room suite. Works include but are not limited to: • Strip out of existing finishes • Erection of new stud partitioning • Fitting of a new suspended lay in ceiling • Fitting of new workbenching • All new decorations and finishes to woodwork, doors, walls and ceilings • All new flooring throughout • Co-ordination of all electrical works (new lighting, new access controls, new small power/data, and new infrastructure for the CCTV and alarm systems) and mechanical works (new air conditioning including associated BWIC);
