ESCP Business School roof refurbishment including internal and external refurbishment

The works will comprise of the removal of the roof on building 5 and building 1 and replace with new slate, battens, membrane and insulation. Repair and redecoration of windows to building 1,5&6 including doors. There are areas of repointing needed and works to the cast iron gutters. Internally building 5 will need to be stripped out with a refurbishment undertaken to meet clients specification including secondary glazing new toilets, shower room and kitchen. There will also be the removal of the old rooflights and replaced with a roof lantern to flood the floor below with light.
