The London Borough of Haringey seeks to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Lead Consultant and multi-disciplinary consultancy team to deliver the design (and build) for Urgently required Condition Works at the North Haringey Primary School and South Haringey Primary School. The Consultant shall be capable of facilitating the design and works aligned with RIBA stages 0 - 6 and will be required to facilitate the procurement of a works contractor under a traditional (fully designed) single stage process.
