E1253 Glebelands, Burton Pidsea

This scheme consists of excavating the existing parking area and radius footway to the bottom of Glebelands as it has been deemed to be in need of repair. It will be excavated to a depth of 450mm and replaced with type 1 stone, 70mm asphalt binder course & 30mm asphalt surface course. There will also be new kerbing installed around the perimeter of the parking area and some remedial works to the footpath/entrance way to the parking area. There will be landscaping to finish with top-soiling & grass seeding and replacement of existing ironworks.
