Ofcom has a requirement for a one-off piece of independent research and analysis of mobile sectors in other countries to provide international case studies to inform our review. We would like to better understand particular features of mobile markets in other countries that are further developed than in the UK, so that we can better understand the drivers and implications, and whether there are any lessons we can learn from their experience.
