Concrete Roads - Design Framework

Full design, technical assurance, site supervision and project management capability for the concrete roads programme. The designer will be expected to: - perform principal designer duties - provide constructible designs - engage with contractors for ECI - provide VfM by maximising opportunities for efficiencies - fully inform and consult on design assumptions - use design opportunities in the HE innovation report - design to current DRMB, BS EN standards - maximise production rates in design for rapid completion on the SRN - plan for network occupancy with advice from HE staff - provide on site supervision as directed - prepare health and safety file - provide documentation for HE 3D Scheme Development Process - plan communication strategies for the delivery of the schemes within a region - provides and maintains programme for the scheme till construction Stage 6 Provides contingency should the other framework supplier be unable to deliver works.
