The Department of Economy, North West Regional College on behalf of all the FE Colleges Northern Ireland require an extension of m-hance support for existing hardware and support of both ABW and Jane Systems for a period of 12 months. This Notice is to advise the proposed award of contract to an economic operator to allow for the provision of necessary services required for the contract in cases of extreme urgency brought about by events unforseen or attributable to the contracting authority, where the time limits for the open, restricted or competitive procedures with negotiation cannot be complied with (regulation 32(2)(c)).
