Purchase of a Tractor for NE NNR

Natural England (NE) are the government agency for nature conservation. Part of their remit is the management of National Nature Reserves. To undertake this work NE require tools, machinery and equipment. They are currently looking for a tractor to serve National Nature Reserve (NNR).
