DFE are conducted this Further Competition on behalf Northern Arch Learning Partnership (“The Customer”). This procurement is for Cleaning Services to be provided to Northern Arch Learning Partnership which is based in Darlington and made up of 3 schools. This Further Competition is issued in relation to the YPO 000879 Building in Use Support Services, procured by YPO in compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
