Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Training - AWARD

South Downs National Park Authority already have an online leaning platform that delivers a comprehensive range of standard EDI training (which includes legislation and areas such as unconscious bias) and have also delivered online EDI seminars. We are now seeking a solution that delivers a more personalised meaningful approach to learning, rather than "ticking a box", and allows a "safe space" for staff and Members to learn. We wish to appoint a contractor to deliver an online bespoke training solution for our staff and Members which provides innovative and engaging personal development that is beyond standard EDI training.
