Description
This contract is for the provision of Courier Services to support the delivery of IT equipment to temporary staff as part of the Immunisation Management Services (IMS). SCW has been engaged by NHS England to run an IMS programme. The request is to support a government strategy to reach a variety of citizen cohorts with a Winter Flu vaccine. In order to achieve the strategic goal it is recognised that a significant effort to contact and follow up from invitation letters of Citizens in these cohorts to ensure the maximum level of Flu vaccination is achieved. To support this work programme and associated services the IMS has employed 300 contact centre agents who will be engaged to make contact and follow up invitation letters with patients. The new IMS service will require equipment to access telephony and clinical systems. A dedicated Courier services is required to deliver all IT hardware and provide a returns service once the IMS contract has expired.
