ITT for Works Contractor (Quin Street, as part of the Leyland Town Deal)

This is contracted is awarded. This was a mini competition via the ICN Framework. South Ribble Council we're seeking a contractor to deliver 22nr residential units, along with enabling / remediation works at the former Iddon Factory on Quin Street in South Ribble. This tender brief set out the requirements for the housing scheme and seeks qualitative and financial submissions from contractors interested in delivering the project.
