Highway Maintenance Technical Support (Carriageway and footpath condition surveys via Blackpool Council's RAMS framework)

Southend-On-Sea Borough Council are looking for Annual Conditioning surveys for carriageway & footways for entire network length in Southend from current LSG network. Data to be loaded for use on Asset Stream with associated imagery survey also supplied to system. Data supplied in standard 1 to 5 format. Annual Surveys to be undertaken in September each year and results delivered before December of the same year.
